We are regularly asked what is the difference between the Friday/Saturday Club and the Repertoire Review classes and I shall attempt to explain below:
The instructor classes are an excellent way for students to explore the concepts and principles introduced in the course and to attain a greater understanding of why we are we would choose one exercises over another and who they are suitable for. We recommend that you have completed SR1 through 3 before joining these classes.
The repertoire review sessions are an opportunity to review how you actually do a particular exercise.
So whilst the review sessions are helpful for students to review the techniques of what is involved in each exercise, they are not a substitute for the learning that you will receive from the instructor classes. We also recommend that you have a regular 1-1 with a member of the education team to ensure you are on the right track with your practice and teaching. You can always share this session with another student.
